According to the amendments to the Ukrainian Law on Pesticides and Agrochemicals dd 08.12.2015, following list of agrochemicals is permitted for import into the customs territory of Ukraine, production, trade, use and advertising without their state registration. Though the producers or trade companies will still have to obtain sanitary-epidemiological conclusion.
